This role is ideal for someone who’s skilled at working in existing homes—handling panel upgrades, dedicated circuits, and the electrical side of heat pump and electrification projects.

• Install and upgrade electrical panels, subpanels, and feeders
• Run dedicated circuits for heat pumps, water heaters, EV chargers, and other loads
• Replace and modernize legacy home wiring (e.g., knob & tube, ungrounded systems)
• Work on electrification and decarbonization retrofit projects
• Coordinate with in-house HVAC and plumbing teams
• Follow all safety codes, permitting procedures, and high-quality workmanship standards

• Residential electrical experience, including retrofit/remodel work
• Comfortable working in older homes with variable conditions
• Experience with heat pump water heaters and high-efficiency systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
