Security Officer - Flex Access Gate

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.;
Control access at designated entrances by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, directing foot traffic, and assisting with sign-in requirements per site guidelines.;
Monitor access control points, alarms, and cameras when assigned, and document unusual activity, policy violations, and maintenance issues for follow-up.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support and coordination with clinical teams and local responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around assigned areas and the perimeter when assigned, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
