Day Time
Fri 06:00 AM – 02:30 PM
Sat 06:00 AM – 02:30 PM

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Provide customer service by carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies at the healthcare location, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor and manage access control points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or exit within the healthcare environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare settings.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter security‑related incidents and identify potential concerns.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities as required by site‑specific procedures and Allied Universal standards.
• Collaborate with facility staff and other Allied Universal personnel to support a secure and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and employees.

• Vaccination in accordance with hospital requirements is required.
• Ability to restrain individuals in a hospital environment is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
