Your Impact- Develop strategies to penetrate accounts with the key decision makers within assigned account list, focusing on placing Canon equipment and solutions in new accounts.
- Report customer activity to management, identifying customer requirements, competitive trends, and changing environments.
- Develop strategic plans to address customer requirements on a local basis, including short‑term and long‑term goals.
- Provide marketing, technical and administrative support to the named accounts’ internal departments to ensure outstanding relations and excellent customer support.
- Develop plans to introduce or place Canon technology, service, software, and third‑party solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Establish high‑level relationships with the customer base that enhance long‑term working partnerships.
- Gain new market share through strategic prospecting and the ability to meet customer requirements by utilizing all available resources efficiently.
The Skills & Expertise You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, plus 5 years of related experience.
- Experience in office technology, business‑to‑business, and outside sales.
- Strong communication skills and a desire to build solid working relationships.
- Interest in learning new technology in an evolving industry.
- Ability to work autonomously and excellent time‑management skills.
- Some local travel required; may include overnight stays. Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record necessary.
We are providing the anticipated base salary range for this role: $60,000 – $81,550 annually.
This role is eligible for incentive compensation under the terms of an applicable plan and/or policy.
Incentive compensation earnings vary by quota assigned; at 100% of plan, the anticipated incentive compensation for this role is $76,582 annually.
This role is also eligible for a transportation allowance.
