Base pay range: $110,000 – $140,000 per year.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire and manage high net worth clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with the highest level of satisfaction.
  • Utilize expertise in AMS 360 to manage client portfolios, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, products, and services to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios to ensure coverage is adequate and meets evolving needs.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on a range of insurance products and services.
  • Work closely with underwriters and other insurance professionals to ensure the best coverage for clients.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the insurance sales industry, focusing on high net worth clients.
  • Proficiency in AMS 360 or equivalent client management software.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients.
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the insurance industry, including products, services, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity, with discretion regarding sensitive client information.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Insurance certifications such as CPCU, CIC, or CRM are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
