Food and Beverage (T1208) role rting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial: $19.25 USD per hour.

All about Target — Working at Target means helping all families discover the joy of everyday life. This role supports food and beverage operations to ensure items are fresh, in stock, accurately priced, signed on the sales floor, and available to guests.

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience, providing a fresh and full shopping experience during all hours of operations, prioritizing the guest’s needs over tasks.
• Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards.
• Execute Food & Beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, merchandising, in-stocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing and storing reserve product.
• Follow all food safety requirements as outlined in Target’s policies and procedures.
• Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales.
• Work with vendors to set and adjust sales floor merchandise displays and maintain backroom space.
• Identify damaged, recalled or expired items and process according to Target’s policies and procedures.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services available to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Comply with all applicable federal, state and local adult beverage laws as they apply to the business.
• Follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment as required; maintain equipment.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and drive-up while ensuring compliance with laws and safety standards.
• Welcome guests and assist with their needs as part of daily tasks.
• Perform other duties as needed based on business needs.

• You are open to a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times.

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older (Bakery Only).
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate using multiple devices and operate scanners and other technology.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong guest question-resolution skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay focused and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance.

• Ability to handle cash operations as needed.
• Ability to climb ladders and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds.
• Work in varied environments and temperatures; tolerate common allergens where applicable.
