Job Title: Truck Driver

Pay Range: $17.92 to $26.88

What you have:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Clean driving record and ability to provide an annual driver’s abstract.
• Trustworthiness, especially with high-value assets.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate effectively.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Physical ability to lift/carry 50 lbs, reach overhead, push/pull, stand, bend, crouch, and use hands repetitively.
• Ability to navigate work environments with industrial machinery, heavy equipment, and varying surfaces safely.
• Good communication skills for interacting with the public and understanding traffic signs and signals.

Minimum Education , Training, and

Experience:

• Customer service orientation, obeying traffic laws, truck loading/unloading, merchandising, donation support, organization, meeting targets, loss prevention, and safety.
• Basic math skills at high school level.
