Opening General Manager – Upscale Fast-Casual Restaurant Group
$70,000 - $85,000 + Bonus

Your Role with the Company:
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations and standards of the restaurant:
- Oversee all daily operations to ensure company standards, policies, and procedures are consistently executed across the restaurant
- Lead and support culinary and service teams to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, portioning, and speed of service
- Manage cash handling, deposits, and financial controls with accuracy and accountability
- Monitor labor, scheduling, and payroll to align with budget goals while maintaining a strong guest experience
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, turning feedback into opportunities for improvement
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members while fostering a positive, performance-driven culture
- Analyze financial reports and operational metrics to drive profitability, efficiency, and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a General Manager for $2.5M+ QSR or full-service restaurant
- Proven restaurant leader with strong operational, people-management, and team-development experience
- Financially savvy with hands-on experience managing P&L - labor, budgets, and overall restaurant performance
- Organized and systems-minded; skilled in scheduling, inventory, vendor coordination, and comfortable using restaurant technology and tools (POS, Google Workspace, and back-of-house systems)
- Collaborative, growth-oriented leader who values transparency, guest experience, and building a positive, people-first culture
