• Shifts Available: Full-Time AM and PM
• Compensation: $23.00- $26.00 per hour
• Location: Walnut Creek, CA (Rossmoor Area)

• Resident Advocacy: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, mobility, and hygiene, while ensuring their dignity and comfort.
• Clinical Support: Accurately monitor and document vital signs and resident observations to ensure timely care.
• Care Plan Implementation: Deliver personalized care based on individual resident needs and physician-directed care plans.

• Certification: Current and valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certificate.
