Our health optimization services include weight management, cardiometabolic health, (peri) menopausal and andropausal hormone therapy, and longevity.

We have 14 high‑end offices scattered across California—from Marin to Walnut Creek, and San Francisco to Redwood City, Burlingame, Irvine, and beyond—plus online telehealth plans. Our team of dedicated Clinicians, Health Coaches, and Member Care Coordinators are passionately committed to empowering our members with proven science and personal support.

Schedule
:
Tuesday – Friday, 6:50am – 2:00pm (potential coverage every other Saturday depending on clinic needs).

    MD services (Weight Loss and Bio‑identical Hormone Therapy).

• Conduct 1:1 member consultations for weight loss, applying the Jumpstart
  
  MD program.
• Provide routine patient care, including examinations, screenings, and medication administration.
• Ensure up‑to‑date patient records, order and evaluate lab tests as needed.
• Conduct follow‑up calls and promptly respond to post‑visit inquiries.
• Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and productivity metrics in delivering quality patient care.
• Support team by assisting with medical and program‑related questions, attending meetings, and completing required training.

• California licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• DEA Registration Certificate.
• OIG Clearance and NPI number.
• Ability to meet and pass a background check including criminal records clearance.
• These qualifications are essential to ensure compliance with state regulations and maintain professional patient care.
