POSITION OVERVIEW

The Branch Manager will oversee all aspects of branch operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational excellence, and team success. This role involves managing staff, driving growth, and fostering strong local partnerships to expand membership and strengthen community relationships. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives on collaboration, accountability, and impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and member satisfaction
  • Lead and develop team members through coaching, mentoring, and consistent feedback
  • Drive branch growth through local networking, outreach, and strategic partnerships
  • Manage lending and deposit pipelines to meet performance and service goals
  • Resolve member inquiries and escalations promptly while maintaining exceptional service standards
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement organizational initiatives and enhance overall performance
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven leadership experience within a financial services or operations-driven environment
  • Background in branch management, sales, or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic environment
  • Commitment to delivering excellence and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a branch manager or a financial services branch representative
  • Experience supervising or managing employees
  • Experience with sales and operations at a financial institution
  • All candidates must be bondable and maintain bondable status throughout employment in accordance with credit union regulatory requirements
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position offers an annual salary range of $92,878-$103,096
