Job Standards

We are searching for an experienced director of real estate operations to organize and manage our real estate team’s day-to-day operations and oversee client services. You will manage the company’s procedures and guide its agents and administrative staff to ensure it is well-coordinated and productive. You will collaborate with Keller Williams leadership and staff to ensure that operations are running smoothly and all budget goals are met.

Responsibilities
  • Create and implement methods to guarantee that buyers/sellers have a great experience that exceeds guest satisfaction expectations
  • Collaborate with Keller Williams leadership and staff to ensure that operations are running smoothly and the team adheres to KW policies and Real estate code of ethics
  • Maintain complete knowledge of the real estate industry, including market trends, legal compliance, negotiation skills, sales skills training, CRM database management, lead generation, and profitability strategies
  • Conduct revenue management audits for all department budgets, including payroll, expenses, commission splits, bonuses, cash flow, database/lead generation expenditures, and present reports to team owner
  • Conduct weekly team meetings, with a focus on training and new methods to enhance team performance, productivity, and client satisfaction
  • Conduct accountability meetings with each agent to check on their well‑being, productivity, goal‑setting, and following up of leads
  • Continue to recruit, interview, hire and train talented agents to ensure the growth of the team
  • Manage, coach, and lead agents and administrative staff
  • Ensure marketing to database through social media, client events, branding, and signage
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Proven track record of managing a team
  • Excellent leadership skills, analytical skills, and communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills, including Quickbooks and knowledge of lead generation and CRM software
