Join a respected, boutique family law firm in Walnut Creek, CA, committed to helping families navigate life’s most difficult transitions with compassion, strategy, and strength. We are hiring a Family Law Attorney to join a collaborative, referral-based practice where attorneys work closely together, share knowledge freely, and support clients with exceptional service and integrity.

Base Pay Range

$125,000 - $150,000 per year DOE

Family Law Attorney Responsibilities
  • Manage and drive your own caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution
  • Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, discovery, and settlement agreements
  • Handle court appearances, hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
  • Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and the court with professionalism and urgency
  • Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to provide excellent service and strategic case support
  • Maintain a minimum of 100 billable hours per month to access quarterly bonus incentives
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive, and highly responsive client experience
Family Law Attorney Requirements
  • 2+ years of family law experience required
  • Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
  • Trial exposure (first or second chair); strong courtroom presence
  • Strong written and verbal advocacy skills
  • Empathy, resilience, and a client‑centered mindset
  • Team player who values collaboration and humility
  • Highly responsive communicator
  • Competitive drive and passion for achieving strong results
