Role: Technology Lead – Java

Duration: Full time / Permanent

Location: Walnut Creek, CA

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Java technologies

• At least 5 years of experience with technology understanding of Java, JEE
• At least 5 years of experience in development, requirements, testing, deployment of applications using Java, SQL Server
• Recent experience in building web applications using HTML5, Angular JS, Bootstrap, Web Services. At least 1 successful development & deployment experience is required
• Experience in building and consuming web services (REST & SOAP), Web APIs
• At least 3 years of experience Software Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong client-facing presentation and communication skills
• Strong understanding of common software development practices
• Good Analytical skills
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience to Insurance domain
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
