About The Contra Costa Crisis Center The Contra Costa Crisis Center’s mission is to keep people alive and safe, help them through crises, and connect them with culturally relevant resources that promote well‑being and recovery. The Center operates the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, 211 Information & Referral, grief services, and related community programs that serve as essential safety‑net services throughout Contra Costa County.
Role Overview The Community Data & Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for the governance, integrity, and operational effectiveness of the Crisis Center’s data systems, with primary responsibility for the Well Sky and 211 resource databases. This role ensures that data used across 211, 988, and related programs is accurate, current, compliant with Inform
USA standards, and configured to meet contractual, reporting, and quality assurance requirements. The position operates within the Operations department and functions with a high degree of independence and professional judgment. In addition to data governance and reporting, the role supports community engagement activities that strengthen provider relationships, data accuracy, and shared understanding of the Center’s services.
- Govern and maintain the Well Sky and 211 resource database to ensure accuracy, consistency, integrity, and timeliness of information.

USA taxonomy, eligibility standards, and inclusion/exclusion criteria, exercising professional judgment where interpretation is required. - Design, configure, and maintain assessments, data fields, workflows, and reporting structures within Well Sky to support new and existing contracts, program requirements, quality assurance processes, and operational reporting.
- Translate service models and contractual requirements into functional data collection tools and system configurations.
- Maintain disaster and emergency resource listings in alignment with agency response protocols and national standards.
- Generate, interpret, and validate reports, dashboards, and data extracts for leadership, funders, contracts, audits, and quality assurance.
- Conduct data audits and quality assurance reviews to identify inaccuracies, gaps, or system issues and recommend corrective actions or system enhancements.
- Ensure reliability of data used for compliance, public reporting, and operational decision‑making.
- Serve as an internal resource for data integrity and reporting consistency across programs.
- Collaborate with Operations leadership, the Clinical Director, Call Center leadership, and the Executive Director to ensure data systems accurately reflect service delivery and reporting obligations.
- Maintain working relationships with community providers and partners to ensure timely updates to service listings, eligibility criteria, and contact information.
- Represent the Crisis Center at meetings, trainings, and presentations related to data systems, community resources, and service access, in coordination with leadership as appropriate.
- Support organizational visibility and shared understanding of 211 and 988 services through accurate data and clear communication.
- Provide technical guidance and training to staff and partners related to database use, assessments, and reporting tools.
- Support onboarding of staff and volunteers as it relates to data systems and resource navigation.
- Contribute data insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement, strategic planning, and funding efforts.
- Participate in cross‑departmental initiatives that strengthen operational effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in human services, public health, data management, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
