Full-Time / Part Time / Per-Diem | Multiple Territories Available

We are expanding our team and are seeking compassionate, organized, and team-oriented Occupational Therapists (OTs) for multiple territories. At Health Link, teamwork is at the heart of what we do.

- Alameda County & West Contra Costa County: $60–$70 per hour DOE – Eligibility for a $10,000 Sign on Bonus for Full‑Time status (Coverage Area: Oakland/San Leandro/Berkeley/Richmond/San Pablo)
- East Contra Costa County: $60–$70 per hour DOE (Coverage Area: Antioch/Pittsburg/Brentwood)
- Tri Valley Area: $60–$70 per hour DOE (Coverage Area: Dublin/Livermore/Pleasanton/San Ramon/Danville)

- Provide Occupational Therapy services according to the individualized plan of care
- Deliver treatments, evaluate patient response, and report condition changes to the Case Manager, Physician, and/or Director of Nursing
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- You prioritize patient‑centered care

- Current California OT License (Required)
- Home Health
Experience:
1 year (Preferred) - Current CA Driver’s License
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
