We are expanding our team and are seeking compassionate, organized, and team-oriented Occupational Therapists (OTs) for multiple territories. At Health Link, teamwork is at the heart of what we do.

• Alameda County & West Contra Costa County: $60–$70 per hour DOE – Eligibility for a $10,000 Sign on Bonus for Full‑Time status (Coverage Area: Oakland/San Leandro/Berkeley/Richmond/San Pablo)
• East Contra Costa County: $60–$70 per hour DOE (Coverage Area: Antioch/Pittsburg/Brentwood)
• Tri Valley Area: $60–$70 per hour DOE (Coverage Area: Dublin/Livermore/Pleasanton/San Ramon/Danville)

• Provide Occupational Therapy services according to the individualized plan of care
• Deliver treatments, evaluate patient response, and report condition changes to the Case Manager, Physician, and/or Director of Nursing
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Current California OT License (Required)
• Home Health

  1 year (Preferred)
• Current CA Driver’s License
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
