This role requires associates be in the office 1 day per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.
Sign-on Bonus: Up to $5,000.
- Respond to more complex cases and account-specific requests.
- Use appropriate screening criteria knowledge and clinical judgment to assess member needs.
- Conduct assessments to identify individual needs and develop specific care plans to address objectives and goals identified during assessment.
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of care plan and modify plan as needed.
- Support member access to appropriate quality and cost-effective care.
- Coordinate with internal and external resources to meet identified member needs and collaborate with providers.
- Serve as a resource to other BH Case Managers.
- Participate in cross-functional team projects and initiatives.
- MA/MS in social work counseling or a related behavioral health field or a degree in nursing, and minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in social work counseling with a broad range of experience with complex psychiatric and substance abuse or substance abuse disorder treatment; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
- Current active unrestricted license such as RN, LCSW, LMHC, LICSW, LPC (as allowed by applicable state laws), LMFT, LMSW (as allowed by applicable state laws) or Clinical Psychologist to practice as a health professional within the scope of licensure in applicable states or territory of the United States required.
- Previous experience in case management and telephonic and/or in-person coaching with members with a broad range of complex psychiatric/substance abuse and/or medical disorders.
- Managed care experience required.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong skills in electronic health record (EHR) preferred.
- Experience working multiple cases, prioritizing tasks and detailed records preferred.
For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary range for this specific position is $82,080 to $123,120. Locations:
California.
