Senior Revenue Manager

Our client, a global software company serving enterprise customers across multiple industries, is seeking a Senior Revenue Manager to join a high-impact and highly visible revenue accounting organization.

This position can be based in Concord or Mountain View, CA, and follows a hybrid schedule (2-3 days/week in the office with flexible hours).

• Oversee global revenue accounting operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant revenue recognition aligned with ASC 606.
• Review customer contracts and lead technical accounting assessments to determine appropriate revenue treatment.
• Manage the monthly and quarterly revenue close processes, including reporting and audit support.
• Partner with Sales, FP&A, Legal, and cross‑functional teams on deal review, structuring guidance, and implications of new offerings.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition principles.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in revenue accounting within software/SaaS.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including people management and project ownership.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems and the ability to communicate complex revenue concepts to senior leadership.
