Broad Purpose of Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and results‑driven individual to join our team in the role of Sales Finance Manager. In this position, you will play a crucial role in adding financial value to our business by effectively managing Trade spend to meet or exceed our US Net Sales Budget. As a Sales Finance Manager, you will be responsible for financial reporting and month‑end processes, managing fixed funds, leading budgeting and forecasting activities, and conducting detailed analytics to identify opportunities for maximizing Net Sales.

Key Responsibilities/Duties:

• Manage Trade spend to achieve or exceed US Net Sales Budget
• Provide the necessary level of analysis and recommendations to Commercial Controller and supporting teams to drive efficient and effective trade spend
• Embed financial responsibility and accountability in the Sales Organization

• Provide Reconciliation of Trade Expenses in P&L and Balance Sheet monthly
• Resolve all Audit inquiries related to Trade
• Month end close process including ensuring accuracy of Net Sales posted, Sales Reporting Package with commentary
