• Prepare offering materials for new or existing assignments and pursuits utilizing effective work‑planning capabilities.
• Create sophisticated Excel‑based analytical tools including macro‑enabled financial models, running ad‑hoc financial analysis.
• Assist with the preparations of presentation and pitch materials for new business pursuits.
• Gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real‑estate market data for input into client deliverables and valuation models.
• Read and review real‑estate documents (i.e., leases, operating expense statements, environmental and engineering reports, appraisals, etc.) and prepare abstract reports for clients and prospective clients.
• Point of contact for tracking, management, reporting.
• Review and analyze client’s quantitative portfolio data, legal documents, and other material as part of project due diligence process.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business, economics, or related field with a record of high academic achievement (strong GPA)
• 0‑3+ years in commercial real estate, or related industry
• Real‑estate brokerage or salespersons license preferred
• Advanced computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), CoStar, and the ability to master company‑specific database programs
• Strong financial, analytical, and reporting skills, with the ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to multi‑task
• Self‑starter, capable of maintaining a high energy level and being a team player
• Well‑developed verbal and written communications and presentation skills
• Ability to build relationships, interact effectively with various business units / clients, and work successfully under pressure
• Project management capabilities, including multi‑tasking, prioritization, deadline management, and the ability to work both independently & with a team
• Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, assignments & to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment

80,000.00 – 90,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
