System Performance Engineer

$65.00/hr - $68.00/hr

• Collect and use hourly and daily service measurement data to optimize the LTE and 5G networks.
• Represent the team for feature-related projects, new node integration, and other centralized tasks by meeting deliverables and coordinating with other parties per project plan.
• Troubleshoot hardware and performance problems independently or by coordinating with other teams.
• Support Network Performance in evaluating and improving areas of poor coverage by identifying system performance problems.
• Report issues to appropriate engineers.
• Resolve customer service issues, assist in implementing solutions, and collect drive test data in support of performance evaluations and build program prioritization.

• 5G RAN KPI monitoring
• Fundamental knowledge of 4G LTE networks

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $65.00 - $68.00/hr final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select.
