We are currently seeking a Resident Services Coordinator!

Responsible for providing administrative support for both the property and corporate staff.

Responsibilities include:

• Engage residents and connect them with resources and services.
• Plan and coordinate workshops, events, and community programs.
• Partner with onsite staff and Rainbow Housing to deliver high-quality services.
• Maintain records and submit monthly reports on program outcomes.
• Promote an inclusive, welcoming environment for all residents.

Requirements:

• Background in social services, education, community engagement, or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with diverse populations; bilingual a plus.
• Self-starter who can work independently and collaborate with multiple partners.

Compensation:
Full-Time Temporary $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
