Graphic Designer

Description We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract basis for approximately 4-5 weeks. Based in Walnut Creek, California, this role will focus on creating high-quality digital and print designs to support our Events Team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining brand integrity.

Responsibilities:

- Develop visually compelling designs for both digital and print formats, ensuring alignment with established brand guidelines.

- Collaborate closely with the Events Team to produce materials that meet project requirements and timelines.

- Manage vendor communication to oversee production processes, delivery schedules, and quality control.

- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop to execute design projects.

- Create engaging presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint to support event-related initiatives.

- Organize and prioritize multiple design projects to meet tight deadlines effectively.

- Ensure all deliverables are of the highest quality and adhere to branding standards.

- Adapt designs as needed for different platforms and audiences, maintaining consistency across all outputs. Requirements

- 1+ years of experience demonstrating attention to detail in both digital and print design.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

- Familiarity with Windows-based systems.

- Experience in the commercial real estate industry is preferred.

- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with teams and external vendors.
