We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Superintendent to join our team in the Construction industry. This is an outstanding opportunity for an individual who is passionate about building and construction and has a proven track record in managing construction sites and scheduling. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to implementation, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

• Overseeing all stages of project life cycle and managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Developing and implementing project work plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinating and supervising the work of all construction activities and personnel on site.
• Ensuring all construction activities comply with quality standards and building regulations.
• Inspecting and reviewing projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
• Implementing effective communication protocol between project parties (clients, subcontractors, architects, etc.).
• Identifying potential construction problems or delays and proposing solutions.
• Ensuring the site is maintained in a safe and clean manner, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Conducting regular meetings with project teams and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, milestones, and risk factors.
• Resolving any issues that may arise and ensuring work is completed to the highest standard.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent.
• Proven experience in construction project management, site management, and scheduling.
• Exceptional knowledge of construction processes, equipment, materials, and safety protocols.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and experience in conflict resolution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in relevant construction software and technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications in construction safety and project management would be an added advantage.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as required.
