• Manage, coach and develop a team of application support analysts
• Oversee day‑to‑day service delivery, incident management and workload planning
• Collaborate with technical teams and application owners to drive service improvements
• Contribute to technical roadmaps, continuous improvement and strategic planning

• Strong leadership ability and people‑management skills
• A background in application support within a complex IT environment
• Confidence working with technologies such as Microsoft 365, Citrix, authentication services and server/client applications
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
