Overview

Supporting your overall wellbeing with counselling, mental health support, life management, medical guidance, and helpful resources. Olivia is our friendly virtual assistant, available to support you navigate through the application process 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Olivia can answer common questions, guide candidates through application steps, arrange interviews and provide timely updates to help make the application process smoother and easier to navigate.

Responsibilities
  • As a Crew Member, provide friendly, fast and accurate service in a fast-moving, high-energy environment.
  • Prepare food, serve on the till, and assist in dining areas to look after customers’ needs.
  • Deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
  • Complete tasks in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
  • Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
  • Treat customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect, working as a supportive team member.
Qualifications & Attributes
  • Right attitudes and behaviours to deliver a great customer and colleague experience; hire for qualities and potential, rather than qualifications.
  • Be a good team player with a friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful demeanor.
  • Effective communication skills including attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.

  • Willingness to engage in a high-energy, customer-focused environment and connect with customers to make them feel valued.
