Als LEGO Brand Retail Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d) bist Du Teil des Leadership Teams und arbeitest eng mit dem Store Manager zusammen. In Abwesenheit des Store Managers übernimmst Du die Leitung des Brand Retail Store.

• Vorbildrolle für die Mitarbeitenden im Verkauf
• Fachliche Führungdes Store Teams
• Personalrekrut schlimkopf und Personaleinsatzplanung
• Durchführung von Produkt- und Verkaufsschulung
• Einhaltung der CI-Richtlinien des Unternehmens
• Sicherstellung der Arbeitssicherheitsstandards
• Pflege und Überwachung der Warenwirtschaft
• Austausch mit Fachabteilungen
• Administrative Tätigkeiten des Tagesgeschäfts
• Planung und Durchführung von lokalen Events
• Teilnahme an Meetings

• Mehrjährige Berufs-Dummy und 2 Jahre Führungserfahrung
• Ausgeprägtes Verkaufs- und Organisationstalent sowie ein souver depletion und positives Auftreten
• Leidenschaft und Begeisterung für unsere LEGO® Produkte
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Verkaufssystemen sowie gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office
• Strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise
• Gute bis sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
