Happy Camp3r is a fast-growing lifestyle apparel brand rooted in comfort, optimism, and mental health awareness. We design and distribute apparel across wholesale, e-commerce, and private label channels, and we are looking for a highly organized Operations & Sales Support Coordinator to support the day-to-day operational backbone of the business.
Role OverviewThis role is critical to keeping our operations, wholesale accounts, and internal systems running smoothly. You will be responsible for data entry, customer service, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and maintaining accurate product and order information across our systems. Experience with NuOrder and Apparel Magic is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities Operations & Data Management- Enter and maintain accurate data across systems including POs, sales orders, invoices, and inventory
- Upload and manage product styles, colorways, pricing, and imagery in NuOrder and Apparel Magic
- Ensure consistency and accuracy between wholesale, accounting, and inventory platforms
- Assist with reporting and tracking sales, inventory, and open orders
- Serve as a point of contact for wholesale and retail partners regarding orders, invoices, and basic account questions
- Respond to customer service inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Support the sales team with order entry, updates, and follow-ups
- Assist with showroom, trade show, and sales prep as needed
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Create and send invoices to customers
- Track incoming payments and follow up on outstanding balances
- Assist with vendor bills, payment scheduling, and expense tracking
- Work closely with management to maintain organized financial records
- Prior experience in apparel, fashion, or consumer goods strongly preferred
- Hands‑on experience with NuOrder and Apparel Magic is a major plus
- Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable working with numbers, invoices, and financial documentation
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Highly organized and process‑driven
- Proactive and self‑motivated
- Reliable and detail‑oriented
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally with sales, operations, and leadership
- Someone who enjoys bringing structure and clarity to growing systems
