Pay: $22–$25 per hour (based on experience). Full‑time, Monday–Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to support and lead daily dock operations at our Wallingford, CT location.

• Support daily dock operations for incoming and outgoing trucks.
• Communicate directly with drivers regarding loading, unloading, and paperwork.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Assist with shipping and receiving coordination with office staff.
• Stage, palletize, wrap, and organize freight for outbound shipments.
• Verify counts, weights, and shipping documentation for accuracy.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dock and warehouse area.

• Valid forklift certification (required).
• Proven forklift operating experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with no physical restrictions.
• Experience with shipping & receiving and dock operations.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, bills of lading, and shipping documents.
• Comfortable working with counts, weights, and inventory‑related information.

• Experience in warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Previous roles such as Forklift Operator, Warehouse Associate, Dock Lead, or Material Handler.
• Exposure to LTL or FTL freight environments.
• Familiarity with palletized freight, shrink‑wrapping, and load staging.
• Experience working with office or logistics teams in a warehouse setting.
