As an HVAC Install Technician, you’ll perform top-quality installations of residential HVAC systems while delivering an extraordinary customer experience. You’ll establish customer rapport, explain system operations, and ensure every installation meets our high standards. Maintaining a clean, organized job site and truck will be part of your daily routine, as well as participating in ongoing training to enhance your skills.

We are seeking outgoing, professional, and team-oriented technicians who take pride in their work. Candidates must have:

✔ A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
✔ A Connecticut S1, S2, S9, S10, D1, or D2 license (required)
✔ Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service
✔ A professional, drug-free attitude and the ability to work both independently and in a team
