* Position Summary:

** We are seeking a proactive and solutions‑driven Product Support Scientist to advance the performance, reliability, and customer success of our automated microfluidic‑based biomarker analysis platform. This role is ideal for a life sciences professional who excels at troubleshooting, process optimization, and cross‑functional collaboration in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.
The successful candidate will investigate internal issues, drive process improvements, and support elevated customer escalations by applying deep assay and product knowledge. They will work closely with quality, engineering, assay development, and reagent manufacturing teams to resolve complex problems, enhance workflows, and ensure consistent product performance. Creativity, strong technical judgment, and high execution standards are essential.
A solid foundation in life sciences is required, and experience with immunoassays, microfluidics, automated platforms, or data analysis is highly desirable. * Key Responsibilities:

* • Lead technical investigations into internal product issues, using rigorous root‑cause analysis to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Identify, recommend, and execute process improvements that enhance product robustness, manufacturing consistency, and customer experience.
• Serve as an assay and technology subject matter expert, providing elevated support for complex customer escalations and guiding cross‑functional partners on product behavior and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Assay Development, and Reagent Manufacturing to evaluate and resolve technical challenges affecting product performance.
• Provide clear technical communication regarding issue status, risks, timelines, and resolutions.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases, troubleshooting guides, and training materials to empower global support teams.
• Exercise sound judgment in selecting appropriate methods and approaches when evaluating technical problems and recommending solutions.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining high‑quality execution and documentation standards.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines as outlined in the Employee Handbook, AWAIR, Chemical Hygiene, and Exposure Control manuals.

* Job Qualifications:

* • PhD in Life Sciences with up to 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree in biological sciences (or related field) with 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience developing, optimizing, or troubleshooting immunoassays or related analytical methods, preferably in an industry setting.
• Strong understanding of immunoassay principles and sources of technical variability.
• Proven problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail and familiarity with structured investigation methods.
• Experience supporting or collaborating with quality, manufacturing, engineering, or customer support teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and practices commonly used in life sciences.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• Background in cell biology, immunology, biochemistry, or surface chemistry is highly desirable.
• Experience with automated ELISA platforms or microfluidics is a plus.
