Full-time, Monday–Friday 7:00 am–4:30 pm

As a Full‑time Manufacturing Sales Specialist, you will sell all aspects of Fastenal Manufacturing Services, including precision machining, hot forging, cold forming and stud bolting. This role focuses on developing new account sales within Fastenal’s National Accounts program.

• Target opportunities to grow manufacturing sales by working directly with National Accounts, District Managers and branch key account sales force.
• Facilitate and execute growth goals of the Manufacturing Center.
• Develop, sell, and implement programs that enable Fastenal to grow its manufacturing industry sales.

• 18 years of age or older.
• Current full valid driver’s license issued in the country where the job is located and ability to meet driving record requirements for company vehicle use.
• Degree in Business/Marketing/Manufacturing Engineering OR 3 years of industry‑related sales experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong aptitude for sales and desire to earn commission after training.
• Willingness to travel.
• Highly motivated, self‑directed and customer‑service oriented.
• Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork.
• Ability to lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25 lb–50 lb and may weigh up to 100 lb.
• Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam).
