Staff Registered Nurse Clinical Nurse Coordinator
Join us at Mosaic for the Staff Registered Nurse Clinical Nurse Coordinator position. We offer competitive pay ranging from $29.67/hr to $53.99/hr, a $3,000 sign‑on bonus, and a potential annual salary of $85,000–$100,000 based on experience.

- $3,000 Sign‑On Bonus
- Schedule:
Monday–Friday Day Hours
- Collaborate with community healthcare service providers, nutrition services, and behavior specialists to ensure individuals receive quality care.
- Assist the Direct Support Team with healthcare appointments and appropriate follow‑ups to ensure compliance.
- Educate and mentor the Direct Support Team according to Mosaic policies and DDS regulatory requirements.
- Provide quality and clinical oversight, including audits on state and national office requirements.
- Review medical records of individuals served to monitor compliance with state regulations and requirements.

Qualifications- DDS Experience preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Minimum of two years of general nursing experience required.
- State nursing license required.
- Physical requirements:
frequent standing, walking, bending, pushing/pulling up to 40 lbs, lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional lifting of 50 lbs.
