Duct Cleaning Technician

Based in Wallingford, Connecticut, ONE SOURCE Companies is a growing, well-respected leader in outsourced facility and property management services. We provide the systems, back-office operations, and industry expertise to support facilities across New England.

We are seeking an HVAC air duct cleaner/maintenance technician. This position is a part of our building maintenance service department, but will be focused primarily on air duct cleaning.

As a duct cleaner, it is your job to clean air ducts for heating and cooling systems. Your duties include cleaning these systems, providing basic maintenance, and performing inspections.

• Perform thorough inspections of HVAC duct systems to identify areas requiring cleaning or repairs.
• Use specialized equipment to clean ductwork and remove dust, dirt, and other contaminants.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout cleaning.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing explanations of services and recommendations for ongoing maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including documenting any issues or concerns discovered during inspections.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and meet deadlines.

• Previous experience in duct cleaning, HVAC maintenance, restoration or construction industry preferred. NADCA Certification a plus.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Clear background check.
• OSHA 10 hour card required. We can guide right candidate if you don’t have.
