Pro Health Physicians is Connecticut’s leading community‑based medical group, formed in 1997. • Unrestricted licensure in the state of Connecticut or ability to obtain prior to start
• BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or ability to obtain prior to start
• Active, unrestricted CSR and DEA or ability to obtain prior to start

The salary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000 annually, based on full‑time employment. The range is defined as total cash compensation  is based on several factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and more. In addition to salary, United Health Group offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution.
