What you'll do

As an automotive service cashier you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth financial transactions and providing excellent customer service. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle cash, checks, and electronic payments.
  • Provide receipts and explain charges to customers.
  • Answer customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.
  • Collaborate with service advisors and other team members.
Keys to success
  • Previous cashier or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Availability to work the specified schedule.
