The Role

We’re looking for a sharp, hands‑on Office Manager who can keep daily operations running smoothly while taking ownership of key financial and administrative functions. This is a great role for someone who thrives in a small‑business environment, enjoys variety, and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Weekly Payroll – Process, validate, and ensure accuracy each week.
  • AP/Invoicing & Vendor Coordination – Enter invoices, manage approvals, cut checks, maintain vendor relationships, and reconcile statements.
  • Month‑End Prep & Light Reconciliations – Help keep the books clean by assisting with coding, receipts, deposit logs, and basic reconciliations.
  • General Office Operations / Administration – Scheduling, vendor coordination, supplies, and keeping the office organized and running efficiently.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Supervisory experience required – Able to set structure, guide others, and maintain accountability.
  • Resourceful, organized, and comfortable owning a wide range of tasks.
  • Someone who enjoys a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
