What You'll Do:

+ Lead month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

+ Own inventory accounting and reporting, including reconciliations, cost analysis, and variance tracking.

+ Partner with operations, supply chain, and production teams to align financial data with business performance.

+ Prepare detailed journal entries, account reconciliations, and ad hoc financial reports to guide decision-making.

+ Support audits, internal controls, and compliance with GAAP.

+ Drive process improvements, including optimizing ERP workflows and implementing best practices.

+ Contribute ideas to enhance policies, internal controls, and overall accounting efficiency.

+ Assist with budgeting and forecasting, providing insights that help leadership make smarter business decisions.

Requirements

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

+ 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or other inventory-driven environments.

+ Proficiency with ERP systems (Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and solid Excel skills.

+ A proactive, self-motivated approach - you see opportunities and act on them.
