Job Title: Accounts Payable Processor

Job Overview: Our client, a well-established distribution company, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Processor to join their finance team. This role is responsible for accurately processing invoices, managing vendor payments, and supporting the efficiency of the accounts payable function in a fast-paced distribution environment.

• Process and verify vendor invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Enter invoices and payment data into the accounting system.
• Prepare and schedule payments via check, ACH, or wire transfer.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Maintain organized AP records and documentation for audits and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice or payment issues.
• Support month-end closing and assist with related reporting tasks.

• Proven experience in accounts payable, preferably in a distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (SAP).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
