Line Operative Days Wallingford

Monday - Friday (6-2 and 2-10 alternating)

As a Line Operative
, you will play a vital role in our production process, working efficiently to produce products in line with specifications while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards. You will work as part of a dedicated team, supporting the achievement of production goals and escalating any issues as necessary.

• Production Efficiency:
  Work as part of a line team to deliver agreed output levels and quality standards, ensuring products are produced according to specifications.

  Follow instructions from the team leader and collaborate effectively with team members to achieve shared goals.
• Compliance and Safety:
  Adhere to all line Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols, maintaining a culture of safety within the team. Report any defects or potential defects in equipment promptly.
• Record Keeping:
  Maintain accurate records as required, documenting production activities and any deviations from standard procedures.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Highlight opportunities for process improvement and advance any issues to appropriate channels for resolution. Work towards improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) for the team.

  Ability to use your own initiative and actively participate in achieving team objectives.
