Global Accounting Lead — Scale FinOps & Compliance

A growing technology company in Wallingford is seeking an experienced Accounting Lead to oversee and scale the accounting function as the organization rapidly expands. The successful candidate will ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting and will manage a team of accountants while implementing automated processes. Ideal candidates should have over 8 years of experience in accounting, strong team management skills, and familiarity with multi-entity accounting.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring onsite presence for 4 days a week.
