Responsibilities- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist with guest needs.
- Engage with guests to solve their specific needs and resolve concerns.
- Inform guests about current promos, store activities, and events; be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve issues.
- Promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up as needed.
- Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately, in compliance with safety standards and best practices; minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality.
- Assist guests with using the Target App features (Wallet, Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, online ordering); direct guests to enroll and use these features.
- Handle returns following store policies; partner with leadership as needed.
- Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store hours.
- Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
- Support guest services such as order pick up, drive-up, and returns while complying with applicable laws and policies.
- Perform other duties as needed based on business needs.

- You thrive in a fast-moving, active, and physically demanding environment where teamwork, flexibility, and problem solving are key.
- You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays).

- Attention to detail while prioritizing tasks; ability to educate guests about products and services.
- Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed; work independently or in a team.
- Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within time frames.
- Accurately handle checkout operations and transactions; support cash office operations as needed.
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, lifting up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally.
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance required.
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions depending on duties (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout).
