• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete daily tasks and assist with guest needs.
• Engage with guests to solve their specific needs and resolve concerns.
• Inform guests about current promos, store activities, and events; be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve issues.
• Promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately, in compliance with safety standards and best practices; minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality.
• Assist guests with using the Target App features (Wallet, Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, online ordering); direct guests to enroll and use these features.
• Handle returns following store policies; partner with leadership as needed.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, drive-up, and returns while complying with applicable laws and policies.
• Perform other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Accurately handle checkout operations and transactions; support cash office operations as needed.
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise safely, lifting up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance required.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions depending on duties (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout).
