We’re passionate about what we do and support each other every step of the way
- Lead engaging, educational, and unforgettable wine tastings for guests and members
- Share Abeja’s story, winemaking philosophy, and membership benefits with confidence and enthusiasm
- Assist with tasting room operations, including setup, cleanup, inventory, and wine order fulfillment
- Handle transactions, reservations, and guest communications with professionalism and warmth
- Provide on-site support for winery events, including Spring & Summer Releases, Fall Celebration, and Winemaker Dinners
- Provide top-notch customer service—whether in-person, by phone, or via email—to build lasting relationships
- Passion for wine & hospitality – Experience with luxury wine brands is a plus!
- Strong communication & sales skills – Ability to connect with guests and convey our story authentically
- Weekend availability – You’ll need to be available Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- Physical stamina – Able to lift 50 lbs. (wine cases!) and stand for extended periods
- Wine knowledge – Experience in the wine industry. WSET or Guild Somm certification is a preferred
- POS system savvy – Comfortable handling transactions with accuracy
- Reliable transportation
