The Clinical Supervisor (CS) is responsible for assisting the Oncology Manager or Director in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services of the unit. It is expected that the CS manages and coordinates the unit, directs and supervises caregivers, functions and activities, interprets policies/procedures/protocols, standards, and regulations as appropriate. CSs scope of responsibility spans all aspects of nursing care. The CS maintains clinical competence and certifications to assist the unit when required.

Shift Details:Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Day shift.
Required qualifications:- Associate’s Degree in Nursing
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certificate
- 2 years of Oncology Nursing Experience
- 1 year of recent clinical experience in an acute care hospital in specialty area.
- 1 year of Charge Nurse/Relief Charge Nurse experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Master’s Degree in Nursing
- Oncology Certified Nurse Certification
- Shared Governance experience.
