As a Charge RN you will: lead and supervise nursing staff during shifts; coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams; ensure compliance with regulatory standards and infection control protocols; assist with unit‑level budgeting and staffing; and provide clinical support and mentorship to junior staff. • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse license upon hire.
• National Provider BLS—American Heart Association upon hire.
• 1 year nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
