Required Skills:

• Valid medical license and hospital privileges
• Proven experience in inpatient hospital medicine
• Ability to perform vent management and handle complex clinical cases
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in documentation and electronic medical records

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Prior experience in ICU or critical care settings
• Advanced airway management skills
• Familiarity with hospital electronic health systems
• Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS)

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• At least 2 years of hospitalist or inpatient care experience
• Case logs demonstrating a minimum of 15 ventilator management cases in the past 24 months for credentialing

Other Requirements:

• Open ICU privileges with ongoing vent management capabilities
• Ability to provide documentation of relevant case logs upon application
• Availability to work 7 am – 7 pm, Tuesday to Tuesday, for 1-2 weeks per month, starting mid-April/early May pending credentialing

This role offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical benefits (W-2), referral bonuses, paid sick leave, and reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and other eligible expenses.
