** - Minimum of 1 year in acute care - Prefers community hospital experience
- ** Patient Ratio:** - Experience managing 10-12 patients per day
- ** Charting System:** - Proficient in Epic

* Certifications:
** - BLS - WA state license
- *
* Skills and Experience:
** - Strong background in Rehabilitation Hospital and Acute Care settings - Proficient in:
- Assistive Devices - Breathing Techniques - Orthopedic Rehabilitation - Neurologic Conditions - Familiar with Billing systems:
- Workers Compensation - Medicare
- ** Patient Population:** - Adults and Geriatrics - Preferred experience with adolescents (not required)
- ** Daily Census:** - Approx. 10 patients per day
- ** Interdisciplinary Support:** - Collaborate with Respiratory Services, Social Services, and Rapid Response Teams
- ** Float Requirement:
** Yes
