Health Services Director

We are looking for a Health Services Director to lead the care team and ensure exceptional care services for seniors in our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.

As the Health Services Director at Generations, you will develop resident care plans, monitor residents to meet changing care needs, and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local standards for community operation.

• Must have a two‑year degree in a related field and experience in health care and/or assisted living.
• Must be a Registered Nurse in the state of WA.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and follow written and oral instructions in the English language.
• Must have worked with people in a supervisory position in a similar campus setting for a minimum of three years.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient.

• Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. or similar
• 8‑Hour Shifts
• Must have weekend availability
