Duties
* You will provide consulting and advising services to command in the development, formulation, installation and management of policy in all matters (technical and administrative) regarding EKMS/KMI and its support of local elements.
* You will provide support to CVWP special access programs (SAPs) based as required by the CVWP Command Security Manager (CSM).
* You will act as liaison representative for command in all matters pertaining to EKMS/KMI.
* You will acquire, monitors, and maintains the command EKMS/KMI material allowance.
* You will evaluate local element requirements and requests and identifies solutions to EKMS/KMI problems.
* You will develop, coordinate and implement written guidance for local element EKMS/KMI policy and procedures, with particular emphasis on accountability, Two Person Integrity (TPI), security, and identification of improper practices. Requirements Conditions of employment

* Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of retired military members within 180 days immediately following retirement date to a civilian position is subject to the provisions of 5 United States Code 3326.
* Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service.
* You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
* This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
* You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver's license.
* This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, work role code IAT, proficiency level I the incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies.
* Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
* This position is considered Key/Emergency-Essential. You will be required to provide immediate and continuing support to ensure the success of combat operations or the availability of combat-essential systems.
* This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector assisting in providing program management and guidance for Electronic Key Management System/Key Management Infrastructure (EKMS/KMI) and Communication Security (COMSEC) services for customers both ashore and afloat.
