Management Assistant Security Clearance

Position: HOUSING MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT with Security Clearance
Duties
* You will plan, organize and perform work required to ensure proper customer service and compliance with appropriate mandates of the Housing Program.
* You will process requests for permanent and temporary quarters.
* You will conduct joint tenant-management inspections of quarters to evaluate the cleanliness, maintenance, and habitability of the unit, furnishings, equipment, and facilities.
* You will identify problems and deficiencies, such as tenant responsibility for damages beyond normal wear and tear. Requirements Conditions of employment

* Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
* Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

* You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
* This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
* You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver's license.
* This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required. Qualifications For GS-05:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of general experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector:
* Providing oversight to maintenance, property management, and service contracts.
* Conducting evaluations, assessments, inspections and reporting requirements to higher level management for contract performance ratings and compliance.
* Reviewing data and preparing short-range estimates of projected costs for use by other installation personnel in the preparation of financial reports or budgetary requests. OR Successful completion of a 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree. For GS-06:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of general experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector:
* Providing oversight to maintenance, property management, and service contracts.
* Conducting evaluations, assessments, inspections and reporting requirements to higher level management for contract performance ratings and compliance.
* Reviewing data and preparing short-range estimates of projected costs for use by other installation personnel in the preparation of financial reports or budgetary requests.
